Main Line law firm seeks attorney experienced in trusts and estates, tax and business planning. Applicant should have own clients, LL.M in taxation preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience. Partnership and succession opportunity for the right attorney. 

Requirements

Attorney will draft basic and advanced wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. The firm is highly specialized in many aspects of estate and trust planning and administration. Ability to advise clients and prepare documents pertaining to business transactions from entity formation through buy-sell agreements and advanced succession planning for closely held businesses also needed. Attorney must also prepare (or supervise paralegals in preparation of) estate tax, gift tax and inheritance tax returns, as well as income tax returns for trusts and estates. Attorney must also have superior writing skills and ability to communicate.
