Description
Troy law firm seeks aggressive litigation attorneys with broad-based experience in auto (first and third-party matters), premises liability, and general liability matters. Seeking multiple lawyers with different levels of experience. Specifically candidates with one to ten years of experience as well as ten plus years of experience; Applicants should be goal driven; and be committed to zealously representing firm clients through all stages of the litigation process. Excellent research, writing and communication skills are required. The firm offers exceptional benefits, bonus opportunities, as well as a very competitive salary commensurate with level of experience. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness is vital when drafting and reviewing binding legal documents to avoid errors that could impact a client's case. - Time Management and Organization: The ability to manage heavy workloads, balance multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: The capacity to mediate disputes, negotiate favorable agreements or plea bargains, and argue persuasively on behalf of a client's best interests.
