Description
Busy commercial litigation department at Cobb & Cole, P.A., a “AV Preeminent” rated law firm in Volusia County, is seeking a litigation support attorney.
Primary duties will involve research, writing, motion and memo drafting, and assistance with discovery. Some coverage of procedural hearings may be required from time to time. Cobb Cole has strong remote work infrastructure and remote work is a possibility for the right candidate. No book of business required. A minimum of two full years of Florida Bar membership is required. Writing samples will be requested.
This is a salaried position, with salary commensurate with experience.
