- Mass Torts Associate Attorney
Description
Mass Torts Associate Attorney - Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers
About This Opportunity
Join one of the fastest-growing trial law firms in the country. We're not just another personal injury firm; we're trial lawyers taking on high-stakes litigation that shapes the law in Nevada and across the nation. Named to the Inc. 5000 list two consecutive years, we've built a national presence while maintaining our commitment to the cases that matter most.
Our Mass Torts and Class Action team represents individuals and families harmed by corporate wrongdoing, from social media litigation affecting young people to catastrophic product liability cases making headlines nationwide. If you want to work on cases with real impact alongside some of the best trial lawyers in the profession, this is your opportunity.
What Makes This Different
This is where you build the foundation to become a trial lawyer. You'll work on sophisticated mass tort and class action cases, conducting the detailed discovery work, legal research, and motion drafting that drives these complex litigations forward. While you'll start by mastering document review, written discovery, and legal drafting, you'll be learning directly from experienced trial lawyers who will show you how each piece fits into the bigger strategy.
This isn't busywork. You'll be analyzing documents in cases against major corporations, drafting motions that will be filed in state and federal courts, and conducting research on cutting-edge legal issues. As you demonstrate mastery of these fundamentals, you'll take on increasing responsibility, moving toward depositions, court appearances, and eventually trial work.
