Description
Speed Ticket Defense P.C.
Clark County Traffic Defense P.C., d/b/a/ Speed Ticket Defense, a division of the Law Office of Erin Bradley McAleer, is seeking a full-time attorney to join our growing team. This position focuses on defending traffic citations in over 25 counties across Washington. No prior traffic defense experience is necessary. We believe in building a strong team and so you will receive comprehensive training from the onset to ensure your success. Almost all jurisdictions require remote hearings so do not worry about having to do a ton of travel. When an infraction contested hearing is requested, the court will set a hearing 60-90 days out from the request. During the first 2 months, you will be learning directly from the managing partner and staff on defenses, how to spot them, argue in court, and other avenues of relief. By the time you have your first hearing on your first cases, you will learn the ins and outs of the firm from the ground up. We will slowly transition you from merely learning and sitting in on hearings to arguing them to ensure you know what you are doing and comfortable to handle them on your own.
