Our firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–5 years of experience to join our dynamic, multi-practice legal team. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates, newly licensed attorneys, or junior associates seeking hands-on training, as well as mid-level attorneys looking to expand their skills across a broad range of practice areas.

Responsibilities

-Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and briefs
-Assist attorneys in hearings, discovery, client meetings, and trial preparation
-Manage a growing caseload with responsibilities aligned to experience level
-Collaborate on matters across multiple practice groups, including litigation, business law, family law, real estate, and estate planning
-Provide outstanding client service while developing strong professional relationships

Requirements

Qualifications

-Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
-Licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in Michigan
-Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-Eagerness to learn and grow across diverse practice areas
-For candidates with 3-5 years of experience: demonstrated ability to handle matters with greater independence
