The Berenji Law Firm, APC is an employment law firm that exclusively represents employees in workplace disputes and is seeking an attorney that is interested in employment law. We have successfully represented thousands of employees in wage-and-hour class actions and compelling workplace discrimination and harassment lawsuits against some of the world’s largest employers, www.employeejustice.law. The ideal attorney will have at least two (2) years of litigation experience and excellent writing skills. You will be responsible for a limited number of cases and have direct hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, and handling various legal proceedings such as depositions, mediations, and representing clients in court. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; Admitted to the California State Bar; Strong writing and legal drafting skills; Excellent organizational and analytical skills; Experience in employment law preferred.
