Description

High-volume well established defense litigation firm seeking associate for our Albany, NY office.  0-5 years litigation experience needed.  The candidate selected will assist with all phases of complex litigation, take depositions, conduct factual investigations, manage discovery, draft motions and pleadings, communicate with clients, and assist in trial. Must have reliable transportation as travel is required throughout New York State.  Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time-management skills and be an independent self-starter who is committed to excellence.

New attorneys will be trained to handle all phases of litigation.
